Hi all, With the advice from the pinned thread on the forum, I've been defending a claim from Napier Parking, represented by BW legal, against a family friend. Appealing can be a costly business with several hoops to jump through, money to pay and can only be if the judge erred in law, not we lost and are unhappy so want a go around, not a usual scenario

Generally speaking, the defendant pays the lawyers, in full, the amount given by the judge in the hearing, within the 30 days grace period, the sooner the better, if they lost in court
