I'm dealing with an identical issue for the location and there are no signs apart from the one on the gate, which is in tiny font and parallel to the direction of travel below the drivers eye height. All the other signs are as below with no mention of new terms and conditions apply:

I'm presuming that you've read their website where they go to great lengths to inform you that a Penalty Charge Notice of £100 will be issued. (There's also a 30 minute grace period for deliveries and drop off/pick-ups).

ooh okay these are the only signs though none where i was. how can this be enforced if No signage at all car parks regardless if they are in use or not? And that other one is ay too high up how the hell are you supposed to see that? unless you can fly of course?

Seems there's a signage failure at Crystal Palace as well as the points failure

Hi All
I've just got a fine at Terrace straight and Paxton Lot Car parks. I had looked at the 2 signs and they only said the time of closing of the park. I will appeal. Also I was there for 32 minutes!
1. Do you have any more advice for me than the above comments?
2. Did anyone get their appeal ccepted and not have to pay the fine?
