A school "educational" cruise back in the Middle Ages - sailed from Greenock to Gibraltar with port visits to Vigo (or was it Corunna ?) Lisbon and Amsterdam.M.V. Dunera, had been a troopship in WW2 - bunk beds in a large dormitory with basic communal en suite facilities and no waiter service at meals !!!I learned years later that the captain had been decorated for his Royal Navy service in the sinking of a U-boat !!!0
