There is one more step between contacting your aunt and going down the full contested route: if you either don't get a reply OR it suggests she has no intention of following the law, you could get a solicitor to write and remind her of what the law says. That may do the trick, if she knows that you know she is doing wrong.Signature removed for peace of mind1
