TOOB and Apple TV

Not sure if this is Broadband or Technical, but I'll try here:
Has anybody got Apple TV (app on their TV) working over Toob? Especially in the Bournemoth area?
I can get it to work over Vodafone mobile data, but not over direct Ethernet connection to Toob router. I think there is a bandwidth issue in their network, butnI was wondering I was alone with the issue.

Do any other streaming services work such a Youtube. That will tell you if there is a bandwidth issue.
You could also try putting a VPN on the TV and then running it which will tell you if there is anything the ISP is doing to block / restrict it.1 -
Everything else works fine. Netflicks, Prime, Iplayer...
Having typed the original post, after weeks of trying in and off, I think I have found a solution. The TV has an IPV6 setting that was enabled, although turned off at the router. Turning this off on the TV seems to have solved the problem, but I need to test it at peak time too.
(Edit: can confirm it works OK at peak time now, as well)
Weird that it only affects Apple TV not the others...0 -
Apple make great hardware, they can't do software. So not surprising there are bugs in the Apple TV+ app.
