Morning all,
Mediation schedueld for 14/2, what a treat for valentines day! Will update after that.
Cheers1 -
But we won't need an update and you won't be preparing anything or spending time on it. It's three minutes and the 'first 12 steps' in the Template Defence thread tell you how to end that waste of time conversation.blspuds said:Morning all,

New update today - received a letter stating a trial at my local county court 16/5, unless the claimant pays the court trial fee of £27 by 18/4. If not the claim will be struck out.
I presume this is normal and hoping for DCB/Parking Eye to drop it at this stage?
Thanks0 -
Indeed! Start preparing your WS & evidence though. See the second post of the NEWBIES thread for the exhibits to use.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
