Thanks KeithP, i hope everyone had a good Christmas.
So I clearly didn’t get this done before Christmas but have just completed the form.
Im hoping this is correct for the D1 section:
“The Defendant opposes the Claimant’s request for special directions, and requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to CPR 26.2A(3).”
Hopefully last question is where do I email this to –
Is it still Claimresponses.cnbc@justice.gov.uk for the court office and where do I email DCBLegal? The only email address I have for them is info@dcblegal.co.uk.
Thanks

Thanks KeithP, form now done bar the F1 section and the county court location. My local one is Aylesbury but on the gov.uk it just lists this as handling "crime and single justice procedure".
Is this ok or where would I find the correct court please and would it have to be non papers only court?

If you wrote Aylesbury and it's incorrect, they would probably use your nearest civil court. My advice would be to find your nearest civil court, not the one you mentioned ( or phone them and ask them )
It looks like the old one was closed and redeveloped
You want a hearing court, not papers only1 -
Ok thanks, unfortuantely its now closed, is there a search tool to find a local hearing court?
The gov.uk site search isnt great and only lets me search via postcode and brings up the same 10 courts, but ive no idea if any of these would suffice?0 -
You are using the correct tool, but overthinking it
Look at the 10 courts and select the nearest civil court, discarding the criminal ones and the SJP ones, use the nearest civil court when filling in the form
When I looked up Aylesbury, it's not the correct court IMHO1 -
Ok thanks, there is a High Wycombe option that handles Housing, Money Claims and Benefits, would this suffice? Where would it show if this included actual hearings?
Sorry Ive no idea what im meant to be looking for, its not particulary clear!0 -
MCOL is money claims online, so that seems suitable, so if its a good venue for you, put that one down, if they dont agree they will put your best local civil court instead1

Thanks, form sent, will update once I hear back.
Hope everyone has a great NY!0
