All very well, but you have to keep checking as to when the money is available.
EBAY are giving themselves interest free loans by keeping our money!
Another reason to give up on ebay...
I want to revert to automatic payouts - DAILY!
You make it sound much more of a faff than it is.

What alternative will you use if you give up on eBay?

I doubt you'll get your 'want'.

I can only concur with Pollycat . You are completely free to leave eBay, no one has to use it, but are you giving up selling your things entirely and if not where are you looking to migrate to?

I know a lot of people have had various  issues with the new system, but the fact you have to click your balance to see what is available seems a very minor issue. If you are withdrawing daily anyway, what does it matter? Just click withdraw and take what’s there.

As I now don't even have to pay the 20% of the FVF that I used to under the old offer I can live with that.

It's really not difficult to make a withdrawal of funds.

I assume you are lowering your prices to pass on the fee saving to your customers...?

I am not "withdrawing daily" - I had set up that option so whenever I made a sale (infrequently!) I did not have to waste time getting my money!

I didn't welcome the change at first.
I have a current account specifically set up for my eBay sales and use it to buy stuff from Vinted & eBay.
My sales used to go automatically in there but now I have to move it but it's - imho - no big deal to do.
If you feel it is a big deal, I suggest you:

    Actually, I am!
I have accumulated a lot of silver jewellery over the years and am now downsizing.
I have a record of what I bought each item for and don't want to sell for less than I paid. I do not need the money.
Removal of fees allows me to list for less and accept an offer for what I paid or more.

Yes and no. I have amended some but more commonly I’m accepting lower offers than previously on items and also just to clear some hoarded items I’m doing low start price auctions, and if something goes for a couple of pounds I don’t fret, it’s one more thing gone.

I’ve also listed a load of really low cost items that wouldn’t have been feasible if I was paying fees, including the 30p standing charge per sale. Personally I’d prefer to stay with the new system and not pay fees, then revert back to the old system and pay fees. My private sales was never income as such as I’m just selling my unwanted items , so I’ll happily use it to buy bits on eBay or withdraw it when I want to.

If they did add fees back again then I’d just remove all the low cost items .

I've managed to uncover the way to do this a couple of times already but I still can't find it easily. In terms of the UI it would be far better if there was a clear "Withdraw Funds" button on the Payments page, rather than it being present in a page led to via an unlabelled and easily overlooked ">".

I'm sure they've just burie^H^H^H^H^H moved it to declutter the UI rather than in order to hold onto millions of balances for a little bit longer.
