Hello we have to change from our tesco mobile contract as signal become so bad. The general consensus is that EE is best in our area. Have been looking at SPUSA as such a cheap and inclusive package. Some people have quibbled in reviews about PAC code delays but my main worry is this below as I use online banking a lot:
https://www.simsherpa.com/networks/spusu/review-and-guide it says that a lot of users haven’t been receiving their one time passwords. A major concern! The review was written in April so maybe this is ironed out. But I wonder what people who use or have used this provider think about it? If I go directly with EE the cheapest deal is £10 which is what I pay with Tesco. More data than I need (20) but that’s the way it is. Main concern is that speed is limited to 100mbps and I don’t know if that’s enough. Don’t do anything other than messages, phone calls and internet. But have read that average speed on EE is 135mbps and barred from that! I have no idea what speed my tesco contract is. I know that I can use what’s app for calls but I ring quite a few 0345 nos and can’t use what’s app for that. Any other contract with EE is quite expensive for me. Would appreciate advice. I can’t see how SPUSA can offer such a cheap service. They are t a start up I gather they are big in Austria. Thank you.

You could take a look at 1p Mobile who also use the EE network.
Deal on this site is 10gb of data and unlimited calls etc for £8 per month. (25gb for £10 per month)2 -
...we've had lots of reports..
You need second opinions from MSE people who do use Spusu.
Also the other stuff you wrote about mbps is meaningless (imo).

Thank you. So download speed doesn’t matter?
I contacted provider and they said there is still an occasional issue with one time passwords but lessening all the time0 -

Been using SPUSU on my iphone for several months. Initially using eSIM but after some problems I switched back to a physical SIM and all has been good. I haven’t experienced any problems with PAC codes either. Recently returned from European holiday and (5G) roaming was available. CS support is slightly slow via email but calls are answered quickly and handlers seem knowledgeable.1
