Transfer S&S ISA from Trading 212 to IWEB

I'm thinking of transferring my S&S ISA with 212 to Iweb.

Not sure if its possible though according to this text from IWEB

Please note, If you decide to transfer from another broker within the current tax year you'll need to transfer your full account. We can only accept partial account transfers from previous tax years and not for the current tax year.

In late April 24 i subscribed 20k to Trading 212 S&S ISA, left this as cash (earning interest via qmmf's). When 212 launched the Cash Isa around June i moved the 20k+ interest to the Cash ISA.Later i moved 10k from the Cash ISA back into the S&S ISA and bought an ETF Investment.

Does this mean i wont be able to transfer the Trading 212 S&S ISA until after 5 April 25?

No, you're not making a partial transfer i.e. it's a full S&S account transfer.
