in Water bills
The above entry has appeared on my recent water bill, with a credit against it. I don't particularly want to contact them, but I'm curious about what this phrase stands for. I have looked on the internet, but I can't find any reference to do with water. I haven't been without access to water during the last 6 months (which I know can create a credit). I am on a water meter. Has anyone come across this before, please?
