I am aiming for a NSD today, unless I find myself tempted by the possibility of reduced groceries just before the shops shut tonight!

Happy new year one and all xx

Oops, went to the supermarket and spent £31.59. that did include suitcases that the kids need to go away with, but...........:o

Spent £8.95 on a cartridge for my printer as the black has completely run out but went through a cashback site so should get some points back on that.

Saved £1.40 by NOT going to work! lol Woke up feeling exhausted and couldnt face it - luckily i have a very understanding boss (my dad!) - only missed 1/2 a day anyway. OH is working nights tonight so i wont be celebrating - just going to my mums for a cuppa - im sooo rock n roll! lol I really need a loaf of bread.. but mum has said she has a spare i can have so saved about £1 there too and dont have to brave the shops! yay!

so hopefully the £8.95 is my total spends for today! wahoo!

I haven't spent a thing over Christmas because being ill, I've not been able to get out of the house! :(

I have just paid off another debt though and cancelled the monthly direct debit to it, saving £50 a month!!!!!!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

£2.20 on a panini sandwich (it was very yummy though so I don't feel too guilty...). Going to a friend's house tonight for New Year's. Might be getting a takeaway or something but shouldn't need to spend too much as we will be taking some alcohol with us. Can walk to friend's house and back so won't be spending anything on taxis :D. Hope everyone has a lovely evening tonight and a brilliant 2008!!!!!!!!!!
