If you don't try you won't know! Greene King would be silly not to cancel this as they would not want to lose any customer and you were a potential customer, just decided not to pop in to the pub that day. If this is the treatment meted out to (potential) customers, you will never become one and you will tell your family and friends all about this treatment!
