Britannia Parking POPLA Appeal stage - advice please

Hello,
I’ve still not heard a decision - should I be chasing this or just leaving POPLA to it?
Last communication from them was an email on 11 Nov (“Your appeal is now ready to be assessed and is currently in a queue waiting to be allocated. We expect to make a decision on your appeal 6-8 weeks from the point that the appeal was first submitted. The next communication that you will receive from us will be the decision on your appeal.”) … but my appeal was ‘first submitted’ around 22nd Oct (can’t find exact date but that’s 13-ish weeks ago now?)
Thanks for your advice0 -
Wait for an outcome, or any further communications, from any party2

I think we are also waiting for a decision for @andromeda24 from around the same time. Looks like POPLA has some delays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all, I had the decision yesterday - very lengthy, but appeal refused!
Email says “There is no further appeals process available to either party” and “you may wish to contact citizens advice” …?0 -
Well you already know not to do that and that losing at POPLA is normal and unimportant. Please read the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread for your next stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

See the latest success post in Successful Complaints about PPCs. It's a post about Greene King; did you miss it when reading new posts last week? We regulars read every post but we appreciate not everyone can.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
