The bargepole thread is useful but you presumably noticed that it is really old and massively out of date on things like Mediation. That changed in 2024.
This is why we have the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread, which tells everyone about compulsory mediation and what to say.
Re-read those steps and links and also the section in the NEWBIES thread that comes after N180 stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks again for all the help on this. I’ve heard from the court and it’s this month so I assume DCB don’t pull out at this stage and it’s going ahead?0

NB: Please edit your thread title to remove 'CCJ'. You don't have a CCJ and the title confused me.

OK so this is the final hearing. Very quick.
You'll know from page 2 what your WS & evidence deadline is then. Already covered in the NEWBIES thread.
But why on earth are you planning on paying the Claimant's hearing fee?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you counterclaiming? If not, you do not pay the claimant's fee. That letter looks like it is addressed to the claimant, although you have redacted it.1

The first few words there talk about the Claimant paying a fee.0
