I've just had my mediation call they said I've just copy and pasted everything and I told the lady I'm completely innocent and my mot is on the Gov website! they have said it doesn't state the time so its irrelevant! I offered £10 even though I should be suing them!! they rejected I honestly don't know how they can sleep I haven't even done anything wrong this is all so unfair and looks like I will now have to go to court and my mot date isn't good enough!0

But this call was nothing at all. We're not sure why you even stayed on the call! The advice is simply to say no offer then end the call. Nothing about our advice has changed, but please can you change your thread title to instead give the Solicitor firm and PPC's names and the words 'witness statement stage next'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure why I didn't do this sooner but I went to the place my mot was booked and they have printed me an invoice with the time and date my car had MOT. I now have actual proof my car wasn't there. Do I wait for witness statement to show this evidence or is there someone I can send it to. Thanks in advance

Evidence is submitted at the Witness Statement stage .... if you even get that far.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
