EX322/N323 warrant of control (bailiff)

So I have to send in the bailiff to collect a court award for c£6k I have a fee to pay but its not clear how this can be paid other than by cheque which my bank don’t support, any advice?

Ask them how else to pay? I would have thought they would support BACS payments, since that's how the vast majority of business invoices are settled these days.0

Are the other party willing to pay the court award? Is it them that are not responding? Or is it the Bailiff not responding?
If so, why not engage High Court Enforcement Officers instead? They add their costs to the amount claimed from the other party, so you don't need to pay anything upfront anyway. (Your award is above the minimum amount required to engage an HCEO).Jenni x1 -

So contacted the bailiffs to be told that the company has applied to be dissolved and as they have charges against them already not much chance of getting any recompense.
Its a family company and this was a subsidiary is there any further course of action I can take or is this a moral victory getting the judgement and nothing more?It pays to challenge0
