Mortgage Deposit and Solicitor Costs

Oh yeah, I did mean exchange and completion, and yeah I have been using my CC for everyday expenses temporarily.
Yeah, Nationwide is currently allowing me to get a 95% concessionary mortgage, I was half expecting to gear up and move out before that deal became available. The seller tabled the offer for a few months and I have been scrambling to put some of my own money into the offer. Half a dozen people came to view the property, so I threw in a higher offer and it was accepted.
It turns out my solicitor does allow Credit Card payment, so that would allow me to keep my side of the mortgage deposit intact.
But for the sake of some extra wiggle room,
Does anyone know if I can use my tenancy deposit as an asset. I mean I am living at the property and buying it so I can't see any reason why I wouldn't get it back. I feel like I can and my advisor didn't say no, but I think I didn't explain myself very well.

In theory I don't see why you couldn't agree with the landlord that they can pocket the tenancy deposit as part of the price.0
