My advice is to concentrate on the present,  the live court claim   ( I believe that you e sign during the submission process,  so doesn't need an actual signature,  whereas an email needs extra sections,  headers and footers and signature etc  )

Follow the coupon mad instructions using MCOL

I already told you what I would use for a SAR, so if they insisted on photo I D I would redact my ID using card,  redacting half of the reference number and the picture and then take a picture and send it.   Possibly sending pictures of all their letters and the claim form too,  system overload,  but definitely overwhelming proof of I D

I would do this after the defence submission,  probably after mediation,  and a few months before the WS deadline

Ps, typo in p2 , NKT

Quick one to touch back in to my thread with an update, I've just received the DQ (n180) from the claimant, so things might be getting moving again… ?!…

Quick question: Do I need to return my DQ/N180 straightaway or do I have to wait until I get an email from CNBC to me, asking to complete a DB (I'm not clear if they have just got in quickly to try and perpetuate there scare tactics)? I can't see anything on MCOL about the DQ yet, will it come up there when it needs submitting?

    Tks

Wait until MCOL says its been posted out to you, then download it, fill it in, save as a pdf and email it to the DQ email address, plus copy to the info@ email address for DCB Legal
