She swears she registered the car

Hi All,
So had this come in the post, on a bit of a roll lately they’ve been coming thick and fast. This is from an Asda car park. She swears she registered the car, theres a tablet in the store where you enter your plate for free parking. We have got a transaction on a bank statement for payment at this Asda on that day. Do you think we should appeal stating this? Or Write to Asda?
Thanks.

The latter, follow plan A, because G24 are extremely unlikely to cancel the PCN
But G24 are not the go to company for Asda, in which case its the retail park management team that you need to complain to , because its Edmonton Green Shopping centre, nothing to do with Asda2 -
Ignore G24 but complain to the retail park.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does it matter that in the mean time PCN will increase etc..? I obviously won’t respond to
them identifying any driver. I guess i probably contact their customer services? Or perhaps visit store manager?

The PCN doesn't increase because you will never pay it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The increase is completely irrelevant1

Non PoFA NtK, despite covering all the wording, until the final few words '.... we may assume you to be the driver'! Plonkers! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The PCN never increases, the top right of your picture statessaviola7 said:Does it matter that in the mean time PCN will increase etc..?

Parking Charge Amount , £100
Its always that £100 , never changes ( figures of alleged debt may go up or down, but the core charge of £100 remains constant. )
The figures are irrelevant unless you were told to pay a ( variable. ) figure, in court, otherwise these figures are just demands for payment
The retail park management team are the best option here, but don't rule out store managers, especially large stores2 -
This is just another tool in PPCs' armoury to make things as hard as possible for the motorist, and encourage them to "fail" and end up with a charge. With every single such system I have encountered, where you are mean to enter your vehicle reg, I have never encountered one that confirms what you entered and allows you to verify and correct if necessary. Normally you type it in, press Enter, and that's it, it just returns to the "Please Enter Reg" screen. So you end up not knowing if you did it right or not.saviola7 said:

As suggested, complain to Asda or the retail park management.5 -
