Hi All,

So had this come in the post, on a bit of a roll lately they’ve been coming thick and fast. This is from an Asda car park. She swears she registered the car, theres a tablet in the store where you enter your plate for free parking. We have got a transaction on a bank statement for payment at this Asda on that day. Do you think we should appeal stating this? Or Write to Asda?

Thanks.

The latter, follow plan A, because G24 are extremely unlikely to cancel the PCN

But G24 are not the go to company for Asda, in which case its the retail park management team that you need to complain to , because its Edmonton Green Shopping centre, nothing to do with Asda

Ignore G24 but complain to the retail park.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does it matter that in the mean time PCN will increase etc..? I obviously won’t respond to
them identifying any driver. I guess i probably contact their customer services? Or perhaps visit store manager?

    That's the best option.
Much more difficult to refuse someone when you are face to face - eye to eye.

The PCN doesn't increase because you will never pay it.

    The increase is completely irrelevant

Non PoFA NtK, despite covering all the wording, until the final few words '.... we may assume you to be the driver'! Plonkers!

The PCN never increases, the top right of your picture states

    Parking Charge Amount , £100

Its always that £100 , never changes ( figures of alleged debt may go up or down, but the core charge of £100 remains constant. )

The figures are irrelevant unless you were told to pay a ( variable. )  figure, in court, otherwise these figures are just demands for payment

The retail park management team are the best option here, but don't rule out store managers, especially large stores
