As long as they don't hold an old address for you and as long as you haven't ignored a CLAIM FORM then you're on track. No worries.

Please use your adrenaline and energy to do the government survey!

Hello @Coupon-mad, thank you for your kind advice. I have taken the loooooong government survey.

I have not received any claim form yet, the last thing I received was a letter of claim and I responded back with the template in sticky thread.

I haven't really got any claim form in the post yet, it has been a really really long time. I am a bit worried as I need to leave the country for a while and concerned if something comes while I am away, how do I deal with it? Any advice? Should I reach out to them for an update?

Send the PPC a different address for service. Ideally your new address abroad.

Keeping the forum updated. I have finally heard back from moorside legal with a 'letter before claim'. For context, letter of claim was issued a few months ago and I had responded back with the sticky thread response to put the case on hold for 30 days.

I am now wondering if there is any point responding the letter before claim? To be honest, I don't understand whats the difference between letter before claim vs. letter of claim - it seems to be used interchangeably from what I can see across other posts in this forum. The response to this letter would be the same as the response I sent earlier, which I am finding a bit absurd.

    Attaching the letter for reference.

You can update the address on the portal with moorside, just create an account and put your new address on there

@ChirpyChicken thank you for sharing. I also wanted to check if I can ask them to put the case on hold for 30 days again (I had already done so when they sent me a letter of claim the last time)?

Yes if you want but that likely gets you a claim form arriving at Xmas or new year.
