ISA transfers
WallWall
Hi, I am fairly new to ISAs and am just about to have my first ISA mature. I have another ISA which matures next year but does not accept transfers mid term. My question is; if I have used up my allowance for this year can I still open up a new ISA for this year purely to transfer my maturing ISA into? I would then look to transfer the ISA maturing next year into that same one. Thank you!

You can do this, but if you want both ISAs transferred to the same place, you will need to identify one that doesn't have a limited pay in window. Only a few fixed ISAs allow this, but obviously easy access ISAs would accept transfers at any time.
