Yes that wording looks OK, under the circumstances.

Obviously, once that is signed & dated by both parties, he'll need to also attach the emails between them as it mentions the Court 'having considered correspondence'.

So he must show the Court that or it will fail.  It relies on the Court seeing the correspondence.

He COULD tell them he feels overwhelmed and ask CEL to please put it all before the court (including the communications that support it) and maybe they will because he's paying them £95 but I think there's likely still a £119 fee to pay.

  • Sadly this seems to be dragging on.   After several attempts to pay the PCN, through the link the legal team sent. It says none of the details, Claim or. PCN are recognised.  As the original documents/pcn were never received, it took awhile to find the PCN, firstly the Claim nos. was tried and rejected, so found the PCN which has also been rejected , as not recognised.
Not sure what this means, they never mentioned any time restraint on the link.
Happy New Year to you all

Just put in a £303 application without consent, or try ringing CEL on Monday and telling them that he will put in an application if they don't make it possible for him to pay £95 on the condition that a proper consent order is provided, signed and emailed to court by the Claimant's legal team to put this to bed.
