Say you are in agreement to set aside the Judgment on those terms and to send you the Draft Consent Order, which you will pay to file.

Head it "Without prejudice".

They'll put that you agree to pay the £95 PCN on the Order.

Sorry a misunderstanding.  I should have said, not accepting the offer yet.
I realise now you were referring to paying the PCN,

Sadly Im not very good at this and need it to be, almost step by step instructions. Will now reply to their email.

But only the Defendant replies (that's not you named on the letters is it?). Show us the Consent Order (like I said in bold already).

Have heard back from the Legal Team at CEL.
After sending them the reply you suggested.
This is what my son received.
Is this going to plan?  They want my son to pay the £95 before sending him the consent order.
