Say you are in agreement to set aside the Judgment on those terms and to send you the Draft Consent Order, which you will pay to file.
Head it "Without prejudice".
They'll put that you agree to pay the £95 PCN on the Order.

After sending them the reply you suggested.
This is what my son received.
Is this going to plan? They want my son to pay the £95 before sending him the consent order.
