Maturing ISA

Hello, I have an ISA with Virgin which is about to mature. They have offered to reinvest it at 4.11% , so I am thinking of transferring elsewhere. However most new ISA's require a minimum deposit.Does the money transferred count as the minimum deposit, hope that makes sense, thanks

When you apply for a new ISA, the wording for some does often give the impression that you need to deposit some new money at least. However in practice this is not the case for most.1
