So, I now have a Letter Before Claim from Oak Legal Services. Should I ignore completely or let them know I will defend the claim. I resent wasting a stamp to reply

Oak legal services don't provide an email address. AI suggests they appear to be a trading style of ZZPS Limited. Any further suggestion about response options, please? Found this address: customerservices@zzps.co.uk

I found that Oak's privacy policy link takes you to ZZPS' privacy policy page, and the only email address on that is dataprotection@zzps.co.uk

If memory serves, the Companies Act 2006 made it a legal requirement for an email address to be listed on a company's website, which the DPO address may satisfy.

Their entry in the SRA register gives an email address of swilson@zzps.co.uk

If I send my template response to all three zzps public emails, even If I don't get a response, I can demonstrate I tried to follow the process
