If you are going to appeal, follow the advice from coupon mad back on page 1H_M3 said:I have sent a message via the company portal to the landowner to see if they can signpost me to the relavant person, however I have not had any feedback. Anybody suggest any ideas??? Shall I not send off the standard template as mentioned.
thanks
Then keep trying to find out who the managing agent is for the retail park and complain to them
If you have any doubts about the Dropbox details, remove it2 -
Hi CM.Coupon-mad said:I don't think you should use the template appeal. I think (if plan A fails) it would be better at appeal stage to simply say what happens and prove it: attach a short signed statement from your contact who came out & did the diagnostics on that particular day (which he must state).
But hopefully plan A should work. Try hard.
Are you saying I should appeal to UKPC?

Good evening. So from the witness statement from the friend mechanic, do I mention who he was assisting by name? This will clearly outline the driver at the time, I know you mention a lot about not notifying the driver?? Thanks0

No. Just the car, time, date & the issue.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I managed to submit an appeal with UKPC yesterday, I attached the witness statement. I am not sure if Land Owner has received my enquiry as I have not had any feedback.1

Hi All. Received response from UKPC today saying that they want invoice for recovery and the witness statement is not a valid document. How am I supposed to provide this as my family friend is not a registered mechanic?
thanks0 -
Get him to draw up an invoice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
