If you are going to appeal, follow the advice from coupon mad back on page 1

Then keep trying to find out who the managing agent is for the retail park and complain to them 

If you have any doubts about the Dropbox details, remove it

Good evening. So from the witness statement from the friend mechanic, do I mention who he was assisting by name? This will clearly outline the driver at the time, I know you mention a lot about not notifying the driver?? Thanks

I managed to submit an appeal with UKPC yesterday,  I attached the witness statement. I am not sure if Land Owner has received my enquiry as I have not had any feedback.

Hi All. Received response from UKPC today saying that they want invoice for recovery and the witness statement is not a valid document. How am I supposed to provide this as my family friend is not a registered mechanic?
