I am supposed to hear more from Contestor legal on for their actions though. So keep an eye here because I will bring more updates as soon as possible.
Yes - please do - maybe they think it's worth challenging the lack of costs? Or to sue the landowner who caused this? Not sure.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We spoke today and he thinks it is worth going after PPM and my landlord for allowing this to happen. Unreasonably chasing me for two years, harassment, and obtaining my information without a legal cause from DVLA since they had no right to issue a PCN.
The problem is I again need to put more money into into! £1500 to pay for court fees, but I’m already in debt from all I’ve had to spend in the past two years :( I am trying to decide what to do. I’d need to again borrow more money :( and this whole ordeal is taking a big toll on my mental health. If I do decide to proceed I will inform the results.
