Warm Home Discount

Hi,

I am eligible for the warm home discount and have got it last few years. However my fixed tariff came to an end beginning of the month and I switched provider on the 4th October.

What will happen to the warm home discount. Will I still get it? And if so will it go to the old provider or the new?

Both are part of the warm home discount scheme

I have had a letter to say that I am entitled the £150 Warm Home Discount because I am on Universal Credit and it will go straight to my Energy Supplier, but my name is not on the bill, will I still get it?  

It would be nice to think I would still get it as I live with my parents who are in their 80s and my carers and have both lost their payments?

Responded to on your own thread but in short, you should still get it based on what's happened in the previous couple of years.
