Parking fine for 4yrs ago

So today I received a letter from debt collectors called DCB saying I owe £170 for a fine in 2020..4years ago! It's from Euro parks..now I don't remember receiving any letters for a fine. I remember paying for parking but it states that the "P&D permit does not cover date n time of parking" 
I don't have any evidence of paying but I don't think they have any either. 

What do I do? It says its a final reminder and will go to court.
One part of me thinks I should call euro parks n ask for evidence 🤔 as its 4yrs ago..surely if they will be going court they'd need some evidence right?!?

Please help im so stressed 😭 I really can't afford this !

Or a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal LTD. ?

They can sue you in Civil Court and have 6 years to do so, so at the moment thousands of letters are being posted like yours

So do I do nothing ?

Come back to this thread when you receive a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal LTD ( lawyers. )

No asking for details or evidence yet, you want them to make any mistakes, we will tell you when to email the DPO at ECP  ( Euro Car Parks, not Europarks ) for the details etc, which is next year sometime

It is not a "fine"  -  you will never find that word in any correspondence from the ppc  -   only a speculative invoice.
