I still don't understand this, does the dividing fence not follow the actual boundary of the houses. If not, why not and is some of your house basically within their garden? This seems very strange.Jepersky said:
Because it’s terraced town house. Our gardens are divided by fence. I can’t remove it due to washing line being on other side of fence and I would be unable reach it.jennifernil said:If it is attached to your house wall, why do you need to access their garden to remove it?0 -
Because my house is in front of theirs, anyway spoke to legal team via my house insurance and they are going to handle it.Veteransaver said:

I'd hope just the 'threat' of it might get results.Thanks.

They are going to send them ‘notice before action’ letter with 14 days to remove everything (as we have noticed today it’s not only washing line been attached to our wall) also to bring wall to its original condition.ThisIsWeird said:Jepersky said:Because my house is in front of theirs, anyway spoke to legal team via my house insurance and they are going to handle it.ThanksSounds positive, Jepersky.Could you let us know how it works out, please, as I'm forever pushing LegProt, but have few actual examples of it in action. However, our other neighbour was really upset the other day because his daughter’s ashes nearly went flying off the mantelpiece due to the noise/banging, which shook his home. He has already complained to the property management company, but they dismissed him, saying he’s exaggerating.
This post seems to be a wind-up, I wouldn't expect a serious update.

just a basic diagram, preferably animated. I think you can buy entry level enterprise CAD-capable software for around the £2-3k mark. ask Disney for permission to use Buzz and Woody characters, probably another £10k. or............not0
