    The ASA can't do anything.  An overseas seller sells some scam product.  Eventually, the ASA hears about it and tells the seller to take the advert down.
    So the seller switches to a different name, and launches a new advert for the same product.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    Doesn't it? The address given on the nativediscount.com website is in the UAE, the domain name is anonymized, and their UK phone number is a mobile phone.
