Scam or Not?

They say if it sounds too good to be true, it won't be. Well this sounds too good. Has anyone heard of this before?  Does it work? or as I expect is it a scam?  If true it's a hell of a saving.


Here is a claim that is inside the ad/feature

"First trial: a two-person flat (a couple) of 55m²:

Given that standing charges are what, 60p a day, not sure how the OP has read a monthly electric cut from £122 to £21.57 without changing usage patterns and thinks the article has any basis in reality.

The only way you can reduce your electricity bill is by using less electricity, so the only way that can work is by turning everything off - whether you are using those things or not

Internet,YouTube etc is full of scammers .They are outside the ASA advertising standards . That means every advert online is highly suspect .
