ok, so it sounds as if the issue is migrating to a new router and is not really a DV issue. The new routers have the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands merged ands some older devices struggle with that. Incidentally, the easiest way to add the new router router is to change the network name and password to match the old router, rather than change all the devices that need to connect.

Is your phone plugged into the router now?
Yes it is all still connected together. The BT chap is coming tomorrow, don't have much faith in him though as they have already sent one fella who was a digital whiz kid and left our wifi items all unconnected and the phone still messing about. He hadn't even heard of Truecall which has been going for years. We managed to change the timing of the Truecall answerphone to answer BEFORE the BT voicemail kicked in. However it isn't always taking messages we leave and every time I make a landline phone call the BT voicemail keeps phoning us back.
Hopefully you have this sorted now but just in case.

I changed over to Digital Voice last month and required a new router from BT as my previous router didn’t have a phone port. That router was a Home Hub 5 and allowed the 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks to be separated with different SSIDs which I had done. The new Smart Hub (HH6) does not allow the networks to be split so that was my first issue. Changing the SSID to what was used with my 2.4ghz did not allow my WiFi devices to connect so I had to reconfigure them all.

First problem came trying to connect my Atag boiler controller. I knew it only worked with 2.4ghz networks (as with most cameras) but it would not find the new router at all. Eventually I discovered that switching off the 5ghz network was the answer. Then the Atag controller found it with no problem. Once it was connected I re-enabled the 5ghz network. This may have been the issue with your Blink camera.

With regards to my TrueCall unit, I simply connected it to the router and the phone to the TrueCall and it was fine. I did go in and changed the 1571 service to the longest setting as it was kicking in before the TrueCall answer service.
