So had it in a month and this is how it’s starting to look on my driveway should I be ringing them back to sort this or is it ok personally doesn’t bother me but does look a mess.

  • Definately get them back to re-do it.  If it's this bad after such short a time then it will only get worse over winter when the water gets into the cracks and freezes, they'll open up even more.  Looks like either the concrete wasn't the correct mix, or it dried too quickly, or they simply didn't prepare the ground well enough underneath.  Don't leave it and let it be your problem down the road
  • Ok cheers I’ll get on it just wanted to double check as don’t wanna fuss over nothing

Which bit do you mean to get them back for? The sunken square around the cover?

The cracked concrete around the square, was that done by them or already like that?

Where I have drawn that’s the concrete they put in after digging up.

as mentioned it’s been a month and seems to be breaking up quite easy already so just wanted to double check if that’s normal as ok maybe a few cracks here and there but there seems to be a hole to the corner

As it includes the wider area that is crumbling, then yes it is worth contacting them.
