The mammoth table from Elexon's Market Domain Data section that I was consulting is called "Valid_MTC_LLFC_SSC_PC_Combination_368," with 368 being the latest version [retrieved 2025-10-30]. Your combination (PC 02, SSC 0393 and LLFC 456) just doesn't appear in the table, even ignoring the LLFC. That it's an invalid combination is probably quite reasonable, since PC 02 is supposed to indicate a restricted supply and SSC 0393 is apparently shorthand for 'unrestricted'. If your supply really is unrestricted, I shouldn't be surprised to see the PC become '00' at some stage.
