Cancelling the TV Licence Online??

I havent watched any TV for the last 6 months, but have still been paying my TV Licence when I clearly didnt need to. I tried to cancel this online but it just says that I have to phone them to do it, even though I paid via Direct Debit?? To continue with your cancellation, please call a member of our team on 0300 790 6098*.
Is it no longer possible to cancel this online via the website?

This is what happened when i did this,i think its a ploy to get you to continue the licence as they said you cannot watch this & that.Told them i knew this.0

Phoning them is probably the best option if you want to receive the refund you may be entitled to.0

I wouldn't be afraid of calling them
I am no particular fan of TVL but if you call then they will process the cancellation for you0
