UFH - Pump setting

I am new to UFH and ASHP and have been playing with the flow settings. I do have the companies design for the system, but it's not clear what pump setting I should use. Currently on 2. The pump is a Grundfos UPM3. Unfortunately I am unable to translate the Grundfos UPM3 flow tables to what setting I should be using.
Can anyone help?
Edit: Grundfos UPM3 Type AUTO. Approx 1meter of head.

Are you pumping water from a buffer tank around your UFH system? Or is this a pump internal to your heat pump pumping water all the way around your system (with maybe a volumiser in there somewhere)?Reed1

What did the installer who designed the system set it at? You really should not have to change if they knew what they were doing.0

Have a look at the Urban Plumber Youtube channel. I was watching a video of his on setting the pump speed and everything else for a UFH system, only a couple of days ago.

Pump flow rate is linked to the head, speed, and which operating mode it is in. Unless you know exactly how the UPM3 is wired in, be very careful messing with the operating modes. And make a note of what the settings are before you change any.Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

The UFH system may have been correctly designed but the installer has not followed manufacturers instructions and has incorrectly fitted the pump in the wrong orientation!
See Section 4 of the manual:
https://api.grundfos.com/literature/Grundfosliterature-6821080.pdf
4. Mechanical Installation
"The pump must always be installed with horizontal motor shaft within ± 5 °."
"The pump must be installed in the system in such a way that no major amount of air flowing through or gathering in the pump housing affects the pump when it is out of operation."
