Autosol Metal Polish, cheaper than a new towel rail.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.2

I fitted a Flomaster one in my mums bathroom about 10 years ago and its still as good as new, and ive had one in my bathroom for coming up to 5 years with no issues - 2 adults, 2 kids and daily showerd for the 4 of us for mine, so heavy steam/condensation. I think I paid somewhere around 100 quid for the rad + valves if that helps.

That does look awful.I'll second trying Autosol in the meantime. Easy to use and takes a short time.I've used it to clean up stained door handles, the kitchen cupboard handles, the stained numbers on the house, brass handles on antique furniture and even the horrible cheap drain fitting in one wash basin.I love that stuff
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
