More TIDE Bank issues

OK, so Im trapped in a Verification loop with Tide, after I bought a new phone; I have to verify my new phone, but Tide offer only 1 method of doing so - via text message. My problem is that I don't ever receive the text and so cannot access my Small Business account (and with that unable to manage my finances, invoice my clients or use their services.
Because I didn't pay for their Plus service, I've had no way of contacting them. Online advice was to check my number in the App - great, I CAN'T access the App!
I emailed support 5 days ago, but with no response.
I eventually managed to call someone from a completely different dept, and they very kindly set up a temp Plus service allowing me to contact Customer Services properly.
Since then, I have communicated this issue with someone who both advised there was no other way to verify and that the issues may lie with my mobile provider (who I have contacted, but no response there either). I don't think this is a Mobile Network issue, as every other banking system I use have verified seamlessly, including text verification. Since then, 4 or 5 other 'Support' members have replied to my emails, but they don't appear to read the previous comms and so waste further time.
So, five days now without access to my Business account and no resolution in sight.
ONE verification method is supremely unprofessional in my opinion and the customer service in this regard has been frankly pi55 poor.
Will be seeking compensation and will then leave (and so incur a tonne of admin for myself), probably to go to Revolut (unless anyone has horror stories about them!).

Plenty of horror stories with Revolut - a quick search of the forum will turn up plenty! Would strongly recommend against.Don't know many alternatives for business accounts myself as I've only used Tide to take advantage of a sign up incentive, but hopefully others can advise.1

Easiest £10 ever - move £1 from current to savings account yesterday, credited with £10 today.
Not sure if invite only, my use of TIDE has been confined to them giving me free money every 6 months or so.0
