Charges on title register after purchase

I created a thread a few weeks ago where on the Land Registry portal my recently purchased property sale was recorded - but the gov.uk portal still showed the previous sale price. (A newish build from the mid 2000's with one owner from new).
That updated a couple of days ago - and can now see my sale recorded.
Curious as I am - I paid the £3 and downloaded the available documents to see what was on there. All the relevant bits like name, address, price are all good.
My question is in relation to the charges part of the register. The previous owner had originally come from a compulsory purchase property, where from what I understand the council supported the purchase, and placed a charge on the property whereby they got their money back when the property was sold. The owner also had some difficulties in 2017 whereby another charge was placed on the property.
Would I expect these charges to now disappear from the title register - or do they remain on as a factual record of the property history? I haven't been able to find a definitive answer in the search engines.
Here's a redacted copy of 'C - Charges Register' - I'm sure the solicitor will eventually confirm everything when they get around to updating me - but interested to know if this history stays - or if the relevant charges that have been settled would now be removed:

I would think 3,4 and 5 should have been removed when you bought it? Definitely contact your solicitor regarding this to be sure.
As far as I know charges that are applicable to the old owners do not stay on your title document and should be removed either by payment on completion or by over reaching them. My seller had 3 interim charging orders and none show on my title document1 -

Thanks for that, that's a helpful insight - I had the feeling that may be the case - it could very well still be a work in progress, and they're still working on the file - I just want to make sure that everything is clear as it should be.
