Read a few other Moorside Legal threads.

That letter has been discussed already and we won't duplicate what's already here on the forum.  You will always learn more from other threads than from your own.

Hey all, I've received this letter which seems to suggest I need to send the N180 Directions Questionanire to Edmonton County Court directly. Can anyone confirm this? And if I can send by email? Looking for an address now.

I would assume the same, that "a copy of the defendant dq" means the directions questionnaire, but it isn't clear.

Yes that's right. It's been lost so they need another copy emailed.

Hello all, I've received new correspondence from Moorside legal suggesting their client Parking Control Management (UK) Limited wants to settle and that I pay £200 before court. I'm obviously not going to do this. My question is actually should I request a SAR before we potentially go to court on this? Thanks for your help

    No SAR.

You want the claim struck out as per Chan and Akande. Don't hand them the chance to effectively supply all the missing 'particulars'!

Hi all, I've now received this, which I think is telling me to pay the trial fee of £27 (or apply for help with fees) or else it will be ruled against me and I'll be liable for the full claim. Is the correct interpretation? Many thanks in advance.

It is the Claimant (PCM) that has to pay the £27 trial fee.

Of course you won't be paying their hearing fee for their claim!
