    Hi Simon,

    Thanks for your message. 

    This is related to a change made on the 3rd Dec 2024, to ensure we are in compliance with the General Data Protection Law and the Smart Energy Code (SEC). 

    From this point on, it will only be consumers with an Active Consent/ Registration with one of our business customers, that will be able to continue accessing the Consumer Portal to export data from your meter. 
    Apologies we could not let you know about this change, this is because we choose not to hold any personal information such as email addresses. 

    Please review this FAQ, which contains the latest information about the customers that you can register with to continue using our service: Organisations using n3rgy services

  • What an absolute pain that is, same here. Their website only seems to be promoting Loop Energy as one of their business customers and I will not use them, they require too much personal information (eg. Bank details which they do not need) especially now that they've been acquired by some yank organisation!!
