I don't believe you can directly download data from a smart meter

Asfar as I am aware you can't download the data directly from the meter, but you can enroll with n3rgy or Bright for free and then download the smart meter data via the DCC.0

Know what you don't1 -
Hugo is another free app for 30 minute leccy data (dunno about gas as we have Kerosene) and definitely works with an EoN installed smart meter.

It doesn't help the OP, but at least it still seems to work for those of us who signed up previously.0 -
It's possible to get the data using a device such as the Hildebrand Glow. This gets the data direct from the meter using the home area network - i.e. the network the comms hub uses to communicate with the IHD rather than the network it uses to send the data to the supplier. It's one of those "easy if you know how" things. If you're into IT and know what MQTT is you'll have no problem, but if you're not then you'll probably struggle and may be best getting the data using one of the apps.Link below so you can check it out if you want to:

@T5Flyer I would use the Bright App (assuming you have a smart phone). It's a bar chart graphical display which you can look at in 30 minute, hour, day or week intervals etc. It also shows your tariff. The display can be in kWh or Cost in £
It's relatively easy to sign up with your MPAN and 16 digit IHD GUID. The App gives guidance on doing so, nand they have a helpful customer service if you have any problems.
Once signed up it can take a day or two initially to retrieve data.
One point to note, if you are on E7, the cost information is inaccurate during BST as the App applies the tariff at GMT to the usage!! Silly, but I always look at kWh usage not cost.0 -
My gas data from n3rgy is missing I just get a .CSV file with the headings though the electricity file is OK.
I changed the temperature of my thermostat to 18 deg C during the night as my wife was complaining of the cold when she got up for the toilet during the night.
One thing about having a higher temperature during the night is that when the heating comes on at 21 deg C at 7:45 it heats the house up to 21 deg C before 9:00 am, it used to take until 10:00 am or later.
The only thing is I don't know how much gas is used between 23:30 and 07:45.0
