very big thanks with the successful appeal to POPLA. See their generic response below:

 Dear Mr Xxx 😘 ,

The operator has contacted us and told us that they have withdrawn your appeal.

If you have already paid your parking charge, this is the reason your appeal will have been withdrawn. Unfortunately, you cannot pay your parking charge and appeal, which means that POPLA’s involvement in your appeal has ended. You will not be able to request a refund of the amount paid in order to resubmit your appeal to us.

If you have not paid your parking charge, the operator has reviewed your appeal and chosen to cancel the parking charge. As the operator has withdrawn your appeal, POPLA’s involvement has now ended and you do not need to take any further action.

Looking back reflection:

Last penalty I paid after BP station failed to cancel my ticket.  (which was from pressure of potential CCJ ) and my ADHD and procrastination combo, however I was fully sure I was at correct side. 

This time I had nothing to loose as most part of my life went to 💩 anyways and I was fully right. 

Thankfully here are some people who dedicate their time for truth and 👁️ opening. 

I will use the knowledge and experience to repay the universe debd. 

As an unemployed - I appreciate time that people like Coupon-Mad and other guys gift/ donate to Society.

What happened with Shannon’s terrible interpretation of Pofa timescales ? She was ever so  adamant that she was in the right but didn’t proceed with the same thing to POPLA .  Now you understand why Hansard called this unregulated parking industry the Outrageous scam

Yes, I do. Once someone is lying to you so bluntly get owned - it's empowering and you start to see the XXXXX.....

(trying to find the right word but it seems impossible, as justice, doesn't fit here (as no one punished Shannon or her boss). Fairness also not fits, not fair for all community or people who paid or wasted plenty of time in fighting this back, and seeking for 1 step solution; Truth - actually opposite you notice more lies, like mortar in a brick wall of the countries wall of sins against citizen. 

PROOF of KNOWLEDGE - is the one most likely to fit here.
