We have already clearly explained this Charge is POFA compliant. Please see attached to address your points about the signage. 

 

We can confirm your appeal has been considered and processed and an appeal response will be sent, via email, within the next two (2) working days.

Photographic evidence is available to view at Paymyparkingcharge.com using your Parking Charge Number (Client Reference) and your VRM (vehicle registration mark).

 

Please note, if your appeal has been rejected and your correspondence states you may pay the reduced balance within 14 days, but the account is showing the full balance you will be required to call us directly to make payment or use the bank details on the back of our original correspondence.

 

Any email correspondence received disputing the balance may not be picked up in time which would result in progression of the account.

I'm back as received response for appeal.

Received email with:  zipped file from "DoNotReply <DoNotReply@zzps.co.uk>" - Parking Admin Centre 

Received email with:  password for the zipped file - also from ZZPS

There is POPLA CODE available in the document provided.

Could you please help with POPLA drafting as they encourage using own word (which possibly not helped anyone)

• Information about your grounds for appeal

• Any evidence which may support your appeal

Hi KeithP, 

Thanks for addressing. 

I spent hours on read in a vicinity of POPLA threads. And found some of them hard to read (as reference to a case law), but mostly interesting to read but not suitable or applicable to me.

In my case NTK being a piece of template with crucial information missing: 

1. Like evidence of a Driver photo or vehicles

2. Time in and time out

3. No grace period

++ Additionally it was established here
4. it was too late to serve to me (keeper)
5. PPC file handler - (Removed by Forum Team) was interpreting the POFA about NTK serving timing

In appeal to PPC appeal it never stated those things, and instead argued point 4. and Signage (that has nothing to do). we know about 2hrs free and driver clearly stating to me that he was definitely if not under 2hrs but very Very close to it. to argue point 3 as well.

So PPC stated that evidence Available but it's not. I have print screen of PPC's page of evidence/appeal/ that they refer me to - and it's PUFFF. (NOTHING) - all of the evidence available is below...

"Golden Ticket" though is interesting but Not Applicable or IS IT?

I'm verbally not strong enough to correctly match up the unmatched. 

I will try, however question is it safe to upload draft text here ?

Yes, post your numbered bullet point draft below ( ideally crib from the Popla decisions thread in announcements, starting with the newest on the last page. ,  take no notice of the Popla website )

How to efficiently ignore them? 

Isn't that to many emails spun round this FRAUD Business: 

1. file handler
2. appeal 
3. zzps

Are there any regulation to keep burden to a minimum or limit mediators ?

Keep your Popla appeal as concise as possible 

Its currently an unregulated industry, little or no regulation 

Don't worry about the email smoke and mirrors, unimportant
