Maturity - 2 Yr Virgin Fixed Rate E-ISA Issue 529

I have the above issue paying 4.25% which is coming up for maturity in a couple of weeks time. So far, no maturity options have been sent in the post or are visible online.
Has anyone already had the rollover rates yet? For new customers VM only seem to have 1 year options, so hoping there will be a 2 year option offered. Thanks!

If you want a 2 year isa you probably have to transfer, I believe some providers will let you transfer at maturity.1

I called them yesterday and they still don’t know what the new rates offered will be. The lady did mention she hasn’t seen a two year option for a while, so I think I’m going to apply for an account elsewhere with a request to transfer on maturity. Most other accounts have a 14 day cooling off period so if Virgin do come up with a good deal in the next few days I’ll see if the transfer can be cancelled.0

No email or letter yet, but the rates are showing online.
The only fixed option is 1 Year Issue 648 at 4.11%. That’s a pass from me.

To me, it would be worth opening a current account and availing of the 4.61% fixed rate for a year instead…Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
