Letter of claim Gladstone solicitors

Hi all
So this is my situation. Received a letter before claim this week for a PCN dated 13/7/24. I have not received any correspondence/ PCN before this letter of claim from Gladstone.
I know I haven’t missed the PCN as my friend received a PCN a few days after the 13/7 so I was on the lookout thinking I might receive one too as we were at the same event. The car parking ticket machine was faulty and going super slow so my friend was fined for an incorrect reg on the ticket. She complained (at the PCN stage) and it was cancelled.
i however did not receive a PCN so can only guess what rules I have supposedly broken.

Please could you advise on which template to use to email Gladstone as I have no intention of paying. Also, for reference I haven’t yet corresponded with anyone about the fine so far so this will be my first interaction with Gladstone.
