But they are not the parking company, just sub contractors, you have not told us who the parking company are

These are tickets over last 2-3 years, but you are right, thanks. 

In the last one - the company is PCS - Parking Collection Services.

Debt collectors, not the actual parking company, you have not told us which parking company is on site

It doesn’t say, this is the first letter I got about it.
Location: Casio Metro W18 7AX

It says that the creditor is Parking Enforcement and Security services (Image removed by Forum Team)

Then PESS is the actual parking company, as you have stated, so yes it does say. ! ( Under CREDITOR. )

I would suggest that you compare the PCN to the ones in the examples list by coupon mad, to check if it complies with POFA or not
