ASHP, solar array with battery storage what temp settings for a winter break?

Options
We have just had a Cosy 6 ASHP installed and have solar array 15 panels with battery storage and are going away on holiday for 3 or 4 months from the end October.

What temperature should we set the water and heating for optimum performance and house protection?

A constant 10 degrees should be warm enough to keep anything from freezing

Good advice from Mark_d. 10C near the thermostat might translate to 3C near any cold spots and so you don't want to be going much below 10C. An TRVs will come on at 7C if they are set to the Froststat position - usually indicated by a Snowflake.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

I had a home insurance policy that insisted on a 12 degree minimum. So worth checking if you've any stipulation there.
